At Official Good Extracts, we prioritize fast, safe, and completely discreet shipping to ensure your orders arrive securely at your doorstep. All packages are carefully prepared with neutral, double-sealed packaging.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship on the following business day (Monday).

  • Handling Time: Standard order verification and packaging take 12 to 24 hours.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Express Shipping: 2 – 4 business days.

  • Overnight / Priority Shipping: 1 – 2 business days (available at checkout).

  • International Shipping: 5 – 10 business days depending on customs processing and destination country.

  • Odor-Proof Sealing: Extract products are vacuum-sealed internally to guarantee freshness and prevent any odor leakage during transit.

Tracking Your Package

  • Once your package is scanned into the carrier network (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), an automated email with your Tracking Number and direct link will be sent to your registered contact email.

  • Please allow up to 12 hours after receiving your tracking code for the system to display live location updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we ensure safe drop-offs, we are not directly liable for transit delays caused by extreme weather or incorrect recipient addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, or appears stuck in transit, please reach out to our support team with your Order Number so we can initiate a carrier inquiry on your behalf.
